We are seeking a Quality Control Manager for a luxury menswear environment to enforce premium standards and oversee production quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production and enforce premium quality standards within a luxury menswear environment
• Supervise and manage tailors and production staff to ensure high performance
• Train team members on luxury finishing standards and craftsmanship techniques
• Implement SOPs, track defects, and drive continuous process improvement
• Prepare weekly production and quality reports while monitoring KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
• Strong technical knowledge of men's fashion tailoring
• Proven experience as a fashion designer or in supervising menswear production
• Strong understanding of garment construction, measurements, fittings, and finishing
• Must reside in Surulere or nearby environs
