People Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Co-own end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Manage employee records in HRIS and handle contract documentation.
• Coordinate global interview scheduling and manage recruitment pipelines.
• Build people dashboards and analyze data for trends and insights.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries and benefits.
• Draft HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Manage relationships with health insurance and background check vendors.
• Optimize HR systems and automate manual processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR or People Operations.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle and HRIS administration.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment operations and pipeline management.
• Ability to draft HR policies and process documentation.
• Proficiency with data reporting tools and HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with international labor laws.
• Strong communication skills for a fast-paced, remote environment.
