Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and operations.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Track performance using tools and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Determine processes for PII data collection, storage, and retention periods.
• Ensure effective modification and secure sharing of PII data with third parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech environment.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a preferred advantage.
• Experience with SDLC and managing remote teams is a plus.
