Operations Manager (Hybrid)

About the Role

Run day-to-day operations for a boat charter and beach house rental business operating around Lekki Phase 1.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of boat charters and beach house rentals.
• Coordinate scheduling of bookings, captains, and operational staff.
• Ensure all boats and facilities are maintained, clean, and service-ready.
• Supervise operational staff including captains and support teams.
• Manage customer experience from booking to service delivery.
• Handle on-ground logistics during bookings and manage field teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in operations, preferably in Marine, Boat charter, or Hospitality.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Yoruba is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Lagos water routes and marine operations is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work around Lekki Phase 1.
• Male candidate preferred.

Salary

₦350,000 – ₦400,000 monthly.
