Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineer

About the Role

Fully onsite MEP engineering role in Jabi, Abuja. Lead design, review, and supervision of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Only candidates in Abuja will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and supervise MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, fire protection, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor installation quality and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in MEP design and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar tools).
• Good understanding of international and local building codes and standards.
• Must reside in Abuja.

Salary

₦350,000 – ₦450,000 monthly.
