Investigation / Counter Fraud Manager

About Role

The Investigation/Counter Fraud Manager will lead investigations into fraud, misconduct, and policy violations while strengthening internal controls, ensuring compliance, and protecting organizational assets and reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Criminology, or related field
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is mandatory
• Membership in forensic/investigative bodies (e.g., CIFIAN or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in fraud investigation or forensic auditing
• Strong knowledge of investigative audit and risk management practices

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into fraud, misconduct, and policy breaches
• Identify, prevent, and mitigate occupational fraud risks
• Conduct forensic investigations and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Safeguard organizational assets and reputation
• Support internal audit functions and risk control initiatives
