Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and administration for ICT infrastructure.
- Manage Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and ensure smooth digital operations.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues under pressure.
- Utilize accounting software to support business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5–12 years of professional experience in an ICT support or administration role.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365.
- In-depth knowledge of BUSY ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE is an added advantage.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are advantageous.
- Readiness for immediate resumption.
