HR Officer

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Human Resource Management or related field
• CIPM membership and relevant HR certifications
• Minimum of 5 years' HR experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to represent the organization at meetings and events
• Candidates living close to Onne have an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce development
• Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development programs
• Oversee employee relations, welfare, HMO, pension, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, QHSSE, and regulatory requirements
• Manage disciplinary processes, exits, and HR documentation
• Supervise facility management, office assets, and service contracts
• Coordinate training, culture, and organizational development initiatives
