Human Resource Manager

About the Role

Lead the full HR function across two Lagos locations (Gbagada & Ikeja) — strategy, recruitment, performance, compliance, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programmes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM certification is an advantage.

Salary

₦700,000 – ₦850,000 monthly.
