Human Resource Manager

About the Role
Lead the full HR function across two Lagos locations (Gbagada & Ikeja) — strategy, recruitment, performance, compliance, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programmes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM certification is an advantage.
Salary
₦700,000 – ₦850,000 monthly.
