Head of Operations, Facilities & IT

Role Overview

• Lead and oversee all operations including facilities, maintenance, security, and IT systems.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across buildings, car parks, and external areas.
• Supervise facility teams and implement preventive maintenance systems.
• Drive energy efficiency, monitor power usage, and control operational costs.
• Manage vendors, improve processes, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Track performance and provide regular operational reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in operations, facilities, or technical management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Experience managing large facilities or commercial environments.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cost management skills.
• Ability to manage vendors and optimize operational efficiency.
