Lead commercial strategy across multiple microfinance branches — driving growth, sales, and operational compliance.

Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Manage and oversee multiple microfinance institutions across various locations.
Lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve sales and profit targets.
Drive business development and expand the customer base.
Ensure compliance with microfinance operations and regulatory requirements.
Analyse complex data to make informed business decisions.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking, microfinance, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing multiple branches and leading high-performing teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Strong business development, sales, and motivational skills.
Deep understanding of microfinance operations and industry trends.

₦400,000 net monthly + HMO and Pension.
