About the Role
Lead commercial strategy across multiple microfinance branches — driving growth, sales, and operational compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Manage and oversee multiple microfinance institutions across various locations.
- Lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Drive business development and expand the customer base.
- Ensure compliance with microfinance operations and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse complex data to make informed business decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking, microfinance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing multiple branches and leading high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong business development, sales, and motivational skills.
- Deep understanding of microfinance operations and industry trends.
Salary & Benefits
₦400,000 net monthly + HMO and Pension.
