Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to head our Human Resources and Administration function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of HR policies aligned with business objectives
- Drive workforce planning, forecasting, and organisational structure optimisation
- Design and manage a credible, transparent performance management system
- Oversee learning & development frameworks to close capability gaps
- Manage employee relations, including complex disciplinary and grievance cases
- Supervise compensation & benefits in line with regulations and best practices
- Oversee administrative operations, including facility management and outsourced services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Master's degree is an added advantage
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SPHR, or equivalent) is required
- Minimum of 15 years' experience (at least 5 years in a senior management role)
