Senior Grants Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Grants Manager to oversee Results-Based Financing (RBF) and grant portfolios, working with international donors and development finance institutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RBF and grant portfolios
• Manage proposal development and donor compliance
• Build relationships with international donors and DFIs
• Align grants with business and market priorities
• Manage reporting, audits, and M&E frameworks

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in grants management or RBF
• Experience with donors like World Bank, FCDO, or GIZ
• Strong data management and M&E skills
