About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Grants Manager to oversee Results-Based Financing (RBF) and grant portfolios, working with international donors and development finance institutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee RBF and grant portfolios
- Manage proposal development and donor compliance
- Build relationships with international donors and DFIs
- Align grants with business and market priorities
- Manage reporting, audits, and M&E frameworks
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in grants management or RBF
- Experience with donors like World Bank, FCDO, or GIZ
- Strong data management and M&E skills
