Job Description

We are hiring a Facility Management Officer to oversee building maintenance, repairs, and administrative operations in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and administrative operations
  • Ensure functioning of infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment
  • Conduct inspections, implement preventive maintenance, and manage SLAs
  • Supervise vendors, contractors, cleaning teams, and security personnel
  • Monitor utility consumption, manage asset registers, and ensure HSE compliance
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and administrative documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Minimum 2.2)
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • 1–2 years relevant experience in facility management or administration
  • Maximum age: 27 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong vendor coordination skills
