· ACA, ACCA, or equivalent Chartered Accountant qualification.

· Minimum of 7 years' experience in the financial services sector.

· Proven leadership and team management experience.

· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
