Customer Experience Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Officer to handle shift-based customer service in a hybrid Lagos environment, with a salary of ₦230,000–₦270,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-time shift and rotation-based duties
• Work flexible hours including night shifts and weekends
• Use Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Manage complaints and difficult situations with a solution-focused approach
• Perform tasks both independently and collaboratively within a team

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing role
• Bachelor's degree (BSc.) in any relevant field
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or CRM software
