Clinical Psychologist (Co-Manager)

Responsibilities

· Provide psychological assessments, counselling, and therapeutic interventions to clients (virtual and in-person).

· Develop, review, and improve evidence-based clinical programs and treatment protocols.

· Monitor clinical service quality and ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards.

· Support counsellors through training, supervision coordination, and clinical guidance.

· Conduct client assessments and make appropriate referrals when required.

· Maintain accurate clinical records, case notes, and documentation.

Requirements

· Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.

· Valid NACP License.

· Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical practice, counselling, mental health, or wellness services.

· Demonstrated experience developing treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions.

· Experience supervising, mentoring, or managing staff is desirable.

· Experience within an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), wellness service, or healthcare organization is desirable.

· Fluency in Yoruba language is desirable.
