About the Role
We are hiring a Bumpa Expert Lead to drive growth, retention, and success of top e-commerce merchants while leading a team of Account Managers.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth, retention, and success of top e-commerce merchants
- Lead and develop a team of Bumpa Experts (Account Managers)
- Act as a strategic business partner to high-impact accounts
- Manage merchant success motions from onboarding to expansion and advocacy
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Support to scale merchant outcomes
- Shape Merchant Success strategy and improve operational processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Merchant Growth
- Experience in B2B/SaaS industries
- Proven track record in revenue expansion and retention
- Experience mentoring or leading teams
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
