About the Role

We are hiring a Bumpa Expert Lead to drive growth, retention, and success of top e-commerce merchants while leading a team of Account Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth, retention, and success of top e-commerce merchants
  • Lead and develop a team of Bumpa Experts (Account Managers)
  • Act as a strategic business partner to high-impact accounts
  • Manage merchant success motions from onboarding to expansion and advocacy
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Support to scale merchant outcomes
  • Shape Merchant Success strategy and improve operational processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Merchant Growth
  • Experience in B2B/SaaS industries
  • Proven track record in revenue expansion and retention
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
