Loan/ Marketing Officer

*Job Summary*:

We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused Loan/Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s loan products, generating new customers, assessing prospective clients, and supporting the loan application and repayment process.

The desired candidate must have experience as Loan officer/ Marketer.

*Key Responsibilities* :

• Market and promote the company’s loan products and financial services.

• Identify and generate new customers through direct marketing, referrals, social media, networking, and other channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Explain loan products, terms, eligibility requirements, interest rates, and repayment schedules to customers.

• Receive and process loan applications while ensuring required documentation is complete.

• Conduct preliminary customer assessments and verify relevant information.

• Follow up on loan applications and maintain accurate customer records.

• Monitor customer repayments and follow up on outstanding obligations where necessary.

• Meet and exceed assigned marketing, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.

• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, customer acquisition, loan applications, and performance.

• Maintain excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

*Requirements* :

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, microfinance, lending, banking, or a related role.

• Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.

• Good knowledge of loan products and basic credit assessment is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools.

• Must be proactive, persuasive, disciplined, and target-oriented.
