Senior Digital Advertising Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to lead performance marketing campaigns across Africa, with a focus on mobile-first strategies on Google, Meta, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute mobile-first campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok
• Lead full-funnel strategies and A/B testing on creatives
• Analyze performance data to optimize CAC, CPA, and ROAS
• Improve lead capture via WhatsApp, web forms, and USSD
• Partner with creative teams for locally relevant content
• Manage tracking via pixels, APIs, and CRM integration

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• 7+ years in digital advertising/performance marketing
• Experience running campaigns in African/emerging markets
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Ads Manager
• Lead generation experience (Fintech or Telco preferred)
