About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to lead performance marketing campaigns across Africa, with a focus on mobile-first strategies on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute mobile-first campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok
- Lead full-funnel strategies and A/B testing on creatives
- Analyze performance data to optimize CAC, CPA, and ROAS
- Improve lead capture via WhatsApp, web forms, and USSD
- Partner with creative teams for locally relevant content
- Manage tracking via pixels, APIs, and CRM integration
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- 7+ years in digital advertising/performance marketing
- Experience running campaigns in African/emerging markets
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Ads Manager
- Lead generation experience (Fintech or Telco preferred)
