Job Description

Role Overview

  • Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Coordinate office activities, documentation, and internal logistics.
  • Support staff operations and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Oversee office supplies, vendors, and ensure compliance with admin policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional executive (MD's) office at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic admin tools.
