Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, Marketing or related)

• 3+ years customer service experience (Fintech / SaaS preferred)

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Experience with Intercom, WhatsApp Business, CRM & social platforms

• Calm, empathetic, and detail-oriented


Role:

Handle customer inquiries across chat, email, social media, app reviews & calls. Troubleshoot issues, manage CRM records, and collaborate with teams to improve user experience.
