Review, analyse, and advise on new and evolving regulations, guidelines, laws, and standards. Drive research initiatives and support capability development, proposals, and training materials. Design and implement data-driven compliance training programmes. Utilise data visualisation tools to analyse and communicate complex reports. Lead compliance risk assessment projects, including AML/CTF, sanctions compliance, and CDD/KYC implementation. Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations. Promote and assess compliance culture, internal controls, and whistleblowing mechanisms. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Economics, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline. ICA, CAMS, CMS, or similar certification is an added advantage. Minimum of 6 years’ compliance experience, preferably within a Big 4 consulting firm or similar environment. Excellent managerial, organisational, and communication skills. Proactive problem-solving ability with a proven track record of delivering results. Strong IT, analytical, and technical skills. Proven experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously. Significant experience in data modelling. Experience using R, Python, Spark, or similar data processing tools. Expertise in Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools.
