Outbound Sales Closer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Outbound Sales Closer to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a confident sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals. If you are target-driven and can consistently move prospects from initial contact to closed business, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and virtual outreach.

• Identify and qualify potential customers.

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and maximize conversion opportunities.

• Conduct discovery conversations and understand customer needs.

• Present solutions and communicate value clearly.

• Handle objections and follow up consistently with prospects.

• Negotiate and close qualified opportunities.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline stages.

• Track sales activities, conversion milestones, and performance.

• Participate in daily sales/revenue meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Account Management, or Sales Closing.

• Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing deals.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong telephone and virtual communication skills.

• Excellent objection-handling and negotiation abilities.

• Target-driven with strong follow-up and persistence.

• Ability to learn and use CRM and sales technology quickly.

• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
