Overview:

Responsible for overall hotel operations, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. Leads service standards, revenue growth, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities (Summary):

- Oversee daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)

- Drive revenue, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance

- Ensure high guest satisfaction and service standards

- Lead sales, marketing, and business development initiatives

- Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff

- Ensure compliance with hospitality, safety, and regulatory standards

- Develop and execute growth and strategic plans


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 10+ years hospitality management experience

- Proven General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience

- Strong financial, operational, and people management skills

- MBA or hotel certifications are an added advantage


Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: ₦1,500,000 net monthly
