- CIPM certification (mandatory)
- 12+ years HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience in Oil & Gas / Energy / EPC sector preferred
- Strong knowledge of labour law, talent management, and HR strategy
Role:
Lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, and corporate administrative services.
