Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2. CIPM certification (mandatory)
3. 12+ years HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
4. Experience in Oil & Gas / Energy / EPC sector preferred
5. Strong knowledge of labour law, talent management, and HR strategy

Role:

Lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, and corporate administrative services.
