Thumbnail Designer

Requirements

• Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails
• Strong portfolio of high-performing designs
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of CTR, viewer psychology, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently and follow creative direction
• Strong attention to detail and consistency

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, high-CTR YouTube thumbnails
• Create visuals for both long-form and short-form content
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams
• Research competitors and industry trends
• Test and optimize thumbnail variations
• Deliver designs within deadlines
• Maintain brand consistency while improving performance

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with YouTube creators or media teams
• Knowledge of YouTube analytics and performance metrics
• Experience using AI tools for design enhancement
• Background in graphic design or digital marketing
