Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
· 15+ years of experience in engineering, construction, energy, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
· At least 8 years in a senior operations or project management role.
· Proven experience leading large-scale projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.
· Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, COREN, or NEBOSH are an added advantage.
· Strong leadership, stakeholder management, budget control, and HSE management skills.
