Requirements
- 10+ years IT QA / Audit / Compliance experience
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile & QMS
- Certifications: ITIL, ISTQB, ISO 9001/27001, COBIT (advantage)
Responsibilities
- Lead IT-QMS & process improvement
- Enforce ISO, ITIL & COBIT compliance
- Oversee audits, risk reviews & CAPA
- Ensure quality across ERP, cloud & SDLC
