Salesforce Specialist / Certified (intermediate, Specialist & Consultant)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
• Postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
• 7–15+ years of relevant experience depending on role level
• NYSC completion required
• Experience in enterprise-scale digital, IT, or technology environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience with Salesforce platforms, APIs, automation, and enterprise integrations
• Knowledge of DevOps, deployment pipelines, and release management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and access control standards
• Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support Salesforce solutions
• Manage integrations, automation, and enterprise platform enhancements
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and stakeholders
• Support testing, defect resolution, and release validation activities
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Implement secure configuration and integration practices
• Support multiple Salesforce platforms and enterprise initiatives
• Ensure compliance with governance and quality assurance standards
