Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

· Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.

· Monitor project expenditures and cost performance.

· Evaluate contractor quotations and procurement costs.

· Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts.

· Provide financial reports and cost-saving recommendations.

Requirements

· B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying.

· Proven experience in sewage and recycling construction projects.

· Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and budgeting.

· Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
