Job Description

We are hiring a Procurement Administrator on a 12-month renewable contract to support RFP processes and compliance-driven procurement operations. Open to candidates in Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, and South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support RFP processes, documentation, and coordination across procurement operations
  • Maintain compliance-driven standards within procurement activities
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team
  • Ensure organised tracking of procurement workflows and requirements

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in procurement or administrative support
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience working in compliance-driven environments
  • Detail-oriented approach to RFP and documentation processes
