Procurement Administrator (Remote)
Job Description
We are hiring a Procurement Administrator on a 12-month renewable contract to support RFP processes and compliance-driven procurement operations. Open to candidates in Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, and South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Support RFP processes, documentation, and coordination across procurement operations
- Maintain compliance-driven standards within procurement activities
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team
- Ensure organised tracking of procurement workflows and requirements
Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of experience in procurement or administrative support
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience working in compliance-driven environments
- Detail-oriented approach to RFP and documentation processes
