Job description
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience supervising infrastructure construction projects
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and construction quality control
- Excellent reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise road, drainage, earthworks, and utility installation projects
- Monitor contractors, site labour, quality, and project progress
- Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, surveyors, procurement, and logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and regulatory standards
