ICT Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and administration for ICT infrastructure.
• Manage Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and ensure smooth digital operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues under pressure.
• Utilize accounting software to support business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5–12 years of professional experience in an ICT support or administration role.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365.
• In-depth knowledge of BUSY ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE is an added advantage.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA are advantageous.
• Readiness for immediate resumption.
