Internal Control & Internal Audit Officer

Role Overview

• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and compliance across all departments.
• Conduct audits on finance, procurement, inventory, and operational processes.
• Identify control gaps, risks, and potential fraud or leakages.
• Review financial records and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Investigate irregularities and provide detailed audit reports with recommendations.
• Support management with risk insights and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years' experience in audit, internal control, or compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, audit processes, and risk management.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA) is an advantage.
• High integrity, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Good reporting and communication skills.
