· Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
· Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
· Coordinate performance management and staff development.
· Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
· Support payroll administration with the Finance team.
· Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
· Prepare HR reports and advise management on HR matters.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years' HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
· Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR certification is an added advantage.
