Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business objectives in our financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to drive HR strategy and business alignment
  • Oversee HR operations and ensure process efficiency
  • Lead performance management frameworks and talent management
  • Manage employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance, and regulatory standards
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years HR experience (3+ years in HRBP or managerial role)
  • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is an advantage
  • Experience in insurance or financial services highly preferred
  • Note: Only candidates with unit microfinance bank experience will be considered
  • Job Structure: Full time (Hybrid)
