Head of Logistics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8–10 years’ experience in logistics or operations management
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven experience managing large-scale transport and logistics operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics, transport, warehousing, and dispatch operations
• Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and cost optimization initiatives
• Develop and implement SOPs and continuous process improvement strategies
• Monitor operational KPIs and provide performance reports to management
• Lead Logistics, Transport, and Sourcing teams to achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
