Customer Support Specialist (Chat & Order Fulfillment)

Requirements

• 1–5 years of customer support experience
• Experience with chat-based customer service
• Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools such as Zendesk or HubSpot
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making brief outbound calls when required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
• Monitor and verify incoming customer orders
• Coordinate product replacements for out-of-stock items
• Contact customers regarding order updates and replacements
• Process and fulfill customer orders
• Maintain high customer service standards across all interactions
