Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Role Overview

• Lead and oversee all security operations across the mall and surrounding areas.
• Enforce strict access control at entry points, car parks, and restricted zones.
• Supervise security personnel to ensure discipline, professionalism, and high performance.
• Monitor CCTV systems, manage patrol operations, and respond to security incidents.
• Identify risks, prevent unauthorized activities, and maintain a safe environment for all.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Security Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in security operations (mall/retail experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of surveillance, access control, and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage and enforce discipline among security personnel.
• Strong leadership, reporting, and documentation skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
