MSI Reproductive Choices is hiring a Clinical Service Provider to lead outreach teams delivering family planning services in hard-to-reach communities across Enugu State.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outreach teams to provide family planning services (especially LARCs) in hard-to-reach communities
- Ensure high-quality service delivery of LAPMs according to MSI guidelines
- Monitor team performance and develop SMART action plans
- Ensure data reporting and management procedures are strictly followed
- Provide detailed, client-focused counselling and consent
- Conduct at least 20 productive outreaches monthly
- Improve method mix and mobilization strategies within the assigned location
Requirements
- Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse, Midwife, or CHEW
- Evidence of good standing with relevant professional bodies in Nigeria
- Technical expertise in long-acting reversible contraception (LARCs)
- Experience leading and mentoring teams
- Familiarity with diverse cultural, social, and religious identities in Nigeria
- Proficiency in English and basic office software
