Clinical Service Provider

MSI Reproductive Choices is hiring a Clinical Service Provider to lead outreach teams delivering family planning services in hard-to-reach communities across Enugu State.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead outreach teams to provide family planning services (especially LARCs) in hard-to-reach communities
• Ensure high-quality service delivery of LAPMs according to MSI guidelines
• Monitor team performance and develop SMART action plans
• Ensure data reporting and management procedures are strictly followed
• Provide detailed, client-focused counselling and consent
• Conduct at least 20 productive outreaches monthly
• Improve method mix and mobilization strategies within the assigned location

Requirements

• Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse, Midwife, or CHEW
• Evidence of good standing with relevant professional bodies in Nigeria
• Technical expertise in long-acting reversible contraception (LARCs)
• Experience leading and mentoring teams
• Familiarity with diverse cultural, social, and religious identities in Nigeria
• Proficiency in English and basic office software
