About Role

The Brand & Creative Strategy Lead will own brand positioning, visual identity, messaging, and creative direction across all channels while leading cross-functional teams spanning social media, web design, video production, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or integrated marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering both brand and business outcomes
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand-building and performance-driven campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Define brand positioning, voice, and visual identity
• Set creative direction for campaigns executed across multiple channels
• Drive business growth while maintaining strong brand quality and consistency
• Lead teams across social media, web design, video, and lead generation functions
• Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness
