Admin Executive / HR Business Partner
Job Description
A firm is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Admin Executive with HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience to support administrative operations and HR functions.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Implement HR policies and support employee relations.
- Partner with management on staff performance and HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in HR/Admin roles.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
