Area Sales Manager (hybrid)

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Hybrid Area Sales Manager (ASM)
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and management of wholesale and sub-dealer channels
• Use and maintain the Joint Business Plan (JBP) review deck during distributor engagements
• Execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with distributors
• Build distributor and salesforce capability through training and support
• Manage distributor engagement programs (DSS, DIP, DEP)
• Oversee inventory and stock variance management, including GRN processing
