Accountant – Filling Station / Retail Operations

About Role

Eden Solutions & Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, cash reconciliation, sales reporting, and financial controls within a filling station retail environment. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, support inventory accounting processes, and provide timely management reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–4 years’ accounting experience, preferably in retail, filling station, or related operations
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Excellent record-keeping and analytical skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Candidates residing in Nyanya, Kurudu, Karishi, and surrounding areas are preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting records and financial transactions
• Perform cash reconciliation and monitor cash flow activities
• Prepare and maintain daily sales reports
• Track receipts, expenses, and inventory-related financial entries
• Maintain supplier payment records and supporting documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries for management review
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards
• Support inventory and stock-related financial processes
