Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee welfare programmes. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline. 10–12 years of progressive HR experience within the manufacturing sector. Mandatory: Proven HR experience in Polythene Polymer Manufacturing (Cellophane & Nylon). Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
