Office Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining an efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support
- Maintain office files, records, and documents
- Handle emails, and correspondence
- Ensure the office environment is clean and well-organized
- Monitor and restock office supplies
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE, OND or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email handling)
- Must reside in or around Ikeja
