A fast-growing branding & merchandise company is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations to drive revenue, manage production workflow, and lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- 4–7+ years experience in operations/business management

- Strong sales, team leadership & process optimization skills

- Knowledge of digital marketing & productivity tools (Google Workspace, Zoho, etc.)
