- Ensure appropriate risk assessments, work permits and Lock-out/Tag-out procedures are in place and understood before maintenance work begins.
- Monitor maintenance work orders end to end, from issue through final close-out, applying global standards and procedures for work execution and management.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Inventory teams to ensure spare parts, materials and specialist tools are available to support scheduled and out-of-standard-hours maintenance activities.
- Supervise shift teams, resolve technical or safety queries and ensure effective handovers and clear communication between shifts and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure assets are returned to operations in line with required integrity and safety standards, while maintaining the quality and history of maintenance work performed.

- Bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in an operational shift-working environment, ideally with exposure to asset-intensive operations and complex planning, prioritisation and resource-management scenarios.
