WatHab Operations Manager 1 (Outreach Team Leader)

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is hiring a WatHab Operations Manager to plan and implement engineering projects for water and habitat assistance in Borno State.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement engineering projects for water and habitat assistance
• Conduct needs assessments, surveys, and plan new projects
• Supervise project documents including drawings, bills of quantities, and contracts
• Monitor project performance and prepare implementation/progress reports
• Manage technical support staff and provide guidance
• Collaborate with external stakeholders and identify IHL initiatives
• Analyze evaluation data and compare results with established indicators
• Oversee project files in electronic databases and the PAM tool

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of water and sanitation or construction engineering
• High computer literacy (soft & hard skills)
• Professional experience in Borno State is an advantage
• Experience managing technical support staff is an asset
